- Certificate of Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology (RS-CIT) course conducted by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited OR
- Higher Secondary Certificate with Computer Science / Computer Application as one of the subjects in the Higher Secondary Examination from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the country
OR - Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the Government
- (2) Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of culture of Rajasthan.
