EDUCATIONAL- Bachelor degree in Vocation or Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institute approved by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education OR OR National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship Certificate in the trade of Mechanic Motor Vehicle awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training. B. EXPERIENCE- Note 1- The candidate eligible for Training officer will also be eligible for Principles of Teaching. Note 2- Maximum ten percent weightage in marks will be awarded to candidates having National Craft Instructor Certificate or Craftsmen Instructor Training Scheme qualification after acquiring degree or diploma or Craftsmen Training Scheme qualification in the concerned trade. Note 3- Qualification are relaxable at the discretion of Union Public Service Commission or Competent Authority for reason to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.
