Epass Scholarship Online application Process
Generally renewal candidates scholarship opened 1st from July-august to September every year.
Renewal students scholarship is quite simple when comparing to the fresh scholarships. because renewals no need to upload passport photo, ssc details, caste etc. then only need a previous year passed memo along with income affidavit.
Renewal process:
visit epass website and then click on student services to know online application open or not.
Enter your previous year epass scholarship application number & SSC details. then your details automatically retrieve by the epass application system.
select your course and year and college. Update contact details if any.(missed at epass correction)
Upload documents and click on confirm.a New epass application number will be generated. kindly print the application form to submit at college. for filed officer verification to process your scholarship.

- This Financial year Income affidavit
- Previous year passed marks memo.
Epass Fresh Application process
Applying for 1st time for the Post Matric scholarship is a bit length process. Most of the students hand over this work to internet provider.
Problems in delay in caste , Income certificates through mee seva in AP & telangana Region.
SSC / SSLC Details Not Updated to the epass Scholarship portal,
For this we have to reach the nearest epass office along with Orginal SSC and xerox copy of it. They will update the details. then again you have to check the epass portal by entering your SSC hall ticket Number.
Some colleges are not listed in the epass system colleges list, for this you have to contact your college, they have to contact the epass team to update the college details.
Documents Required for Fresh scholarship
- SSC marks memorandum
- Highest qualification marks memo (inter,degree, passed marks memo if any)
- Caste certificate
- income certificate /affidavit
- residence certificate if asked by the epass portal
- Pass Photo
- Scanned Signature
- Bank passbook (copy)
- CET details if any (eamcet, icet, pgcet etc)
- STUDY/BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE
- Aadhaar card /number

what is epass number?
its a 12 digits numeric number, 1st 4 digits contains Scholarship academic year, if you are applied for this year 2023-19 then your application number starts with 2024 and following other details. so every year new epass scholarship number generates for the same student.

Epass correction
if any mistakes made on scholarship, you cannot edit the application again. for this scholarship portal allows some period to rectify changes.it will be available after few days of application closed date.
