The Preliminary Examination – પ્રારંભિક પરીક્ષા
- The Preliminary Examination shall be conducted for selection of candidates for the posts mentioned in Appendix – A
- A separate merit list be provided for Group – A and Group – B for the Main Examination
- પરિશિષ્ટ – A માં દર્શાવેલ જગ્યાઓ માટે ઉમેદવારોની પસંદગી માટે પ્રારંભિક પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવશે.
- મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા માટે ગ્રુપ – A અને ગ્રુપ – B માટે અલગ મેરિટ સૂચિ પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવશે
Group A
Descriptive test for Group A – for the post of Junior Clerk under the office of District Collector, Secretariat Office Assistant, Senior Clerk and Head Clerk
Group – B
MCQ Test for Group B – for the Post of Junior Clerk other than those under the office of District Collector.
The number of candidates called for the main Examination, subject to availability, shall be seven times the number of vacancies in Group – A and Group – B so advertised.
