- Valid Score Card of Computer Proficiency Certification Examination conducted by the Department of Science and Technology, Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 20 words per minute. quantity
- Must have passed a one-year computer examination from Diploma/ Diploma Level Examination from DOEACC 1/ Modern Office Management Course from Government Polytechnic College/One-year Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) certificate granted by National Council of Vocational Training, New Delhi (N.C.V.T.) or State Council for Vocational Training (S.C.V.T.)
