814 Decision for the appointment of Lecturer

19/7/2024:

Department of School Education (Pre-Graduation) has now decided to fill up 814 Lecturer posts out of the total number of posts of Direct Recruitment Quota for various subjects in Government Pre-Graduation Colleges.

There is a total shortage of 4259 lecturers in government pre-degree colleges. But it has been informed that the government has given permission to fill up 814 posts out of them. The department minister has also given a list of how many posts are vacant in which subject and how many posts are there in which reservation. See it below.

Total 405 posts of 14 subjects vacant in Kalyan Karnataka (KK) Quota Government Pre-Graduate Colleges and total 2644 posts of 18 subjects vacant in Non-Kalyana (NKK) Quota Government Pre-Graduate Colleges totaling 3049 Lecturer Posts In this regard, the Director, Department of School Education (Pre-Graduation) has submitted a proposal to the government on 27-06-2024
