- More than 50 percent : ST. 100 percent Talathi posts will be filled from the category itself
- For tribal population between 25 to 50 percent: 50 percent vacancies
- If the population is less than 25 percent: 25 percent of the posts will be filled as the seats increase.
- S. T. SC, OBC and other category seats will be increased in districts with low population.
