Laboratory Assistant	Should have B.Sc from a recognized institution with any of the three subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.  Should have passed Matriculation level Punjabi.
Library Assistant	B.Lib or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University.  Should have 03 years of experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian. Course with at least one hundred and twenty hours of experience in personal computer use or information technology in office productivity applications or from a desktop publishing application from a government-recognized institution or reputed organization that is ISO 9001 certified. OR Possesses a Computer Information Technology course equivalent to ‘O’ Level certificate of the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of the Government of India
Assistant Librarian	Must have passed Bachelor of Library Science and Information or Graduation in Library Science and Information from a recognized university or institution.  Punjabi must have passed the 10th exam or examination in the optional subject or any other similar Punjabi language should be conducted within the time frame prescribed by the Govt. The candidate will have to qualify within a period of Urdu Amos or its equivalent one year from the date of his appointment.
Proof Reader	Must have passed graduation from a recognized university or institution.  Must have at least one year of experience in proofreading in Punjabi or Hindi language in Government or Public Sector Undertakings or Government Autonomous Bodies, leading newspapers and magazines, or publishing houses.
Copy Holder	Must have passed graduation from a recognized university or institution.  One year of proofreading experience in Punjabi or Hindi language.
Librarian	-Must have B.Lib (Bachelor of Library Science) or BLISc. (Bachelor of Library Information Science) from any recognized University.
Motor Vehicle Inspector	Must have passed the Senior Secondary Part-II Examination from a recognized University/Board or Institute.  Should have a Diploma in Automobile Engineering (Three three-year courses) from a recognized University or Institution, or A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Three Courses) awarded by the State Board of Technical Education, or Any qualification in either (a), and the discipline(s) specified in (b) above, declared equivalent by the Central Government or the Punjab Government. Must have one year of work experience in a reputed automobile workshop that repairs light motor vehicles, heavy goods vehicles, and heavy passenger motor vehicles fitted with petrol or diesel engines. He/she must hold a valid driving license to drive motorcycles, heavy goods vehicles, and heavy passenger motor vehicles.
Fisheries Officer	Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science from a recognized University/Institute, or  Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized University with Zoology as a subject or institution and a diploma in Inland Fisheries from a recognized institution. Matriculation in Punjabi.
