The minimum educational qualification for Jmi.ac.in recruitment 2023 is as mentioned below, however, candidates with higher education also eligible for apply for Associate Professor vacancy but age limit is mandatory.

Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET). The Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/ institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking.
2.	Professors	Ph. D. degree in relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch AND Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching/ research/ industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor OR B. Arch. and M. Arch. or equivalent Master’s degree with minimum 2 years experience in the Architecture profession OR B. Arch. with a minimum of 5 years experience in an Architecture professor OR An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline with a minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/ college as an Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor, and/or research experience.
3.	Associate Professor	A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines. A Master‘s Degree or an equivalent. A minimum of eight years of experience in teaching and/ or research. OR Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET). The Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/ institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking. OR M.Ed. Degree in a specific disability area OR an equivalent degree from a foreign university recognized by RCI. Ph.D. in Special Education or Education with research emphasis on Special Education. Should have completed at least 08 years of teaching experience as faculty out of which minimum of 5 years should be in a specific disability area. Should have completed at least one general orientation course and two refresher courses in education/ special education of UGC.
