  • An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria.
  • A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/ college as Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor, and/ or research experience at an equivalent level at the University/ National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidates.
2. Principal Scientific Officer
  • A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
  • A Ph.D. in Science or Technology.
  • Eight years experience in designing/ building/ maintaining major scientific instruments and planning, development in science and technology in a University, Government/ Semi-Government/ Research Organization/ Public Undertaking
3. Chief Accounts Officer
  • A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks or M.Com with an Accountancy degree with a minimum of 55%. Candidates possessing C.A. will be given preference.
  • 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
4. Director Physical Education
  • A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
  • A Ph.D. in Physical Education or Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science.
  • Experience of at least ten years in Physical Education and Sports as a University Assistant/ Deputy DPES or ten years as a College DPES or teaching for ten years in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science as Assistant/Associate Professor.
5. Deputy Registrar
  • A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade
  • Nine Years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Academic Level 10 and above with experience in educational administration
6. Press Manager
  • A bachelor’s degree in printing technology or an equivalent with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade.
  • Seven Years of experience in handling a press
7. Librarian
  • A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
  • At least ten years as a Librarian at any level in a University Library or ten years of teaching as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years of experience as a College Librarian.
  • A Ph.D. Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ documentation/ archives and manuscript-keeping.
8. Senior Scientific Officer
  • A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade
  • A Ph.D. in Science/ Technology
  • Five years experience in designing/building/maintaining major scientific instruments and planning, and development in science and technology in a University.
9. System Analyst (Non-Technical)
  • A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
  • Eight years experience of managing Administration work in a University
10. System Engineer
  • A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
  • Five years experience of managing IT infrastructure in a University
11. Assistant Registrar
  • A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
  • Eight years experience in Administration/ Accounts/ Secretarial work/ Legal Matters/ Academic and Examination affairs, preferable in a University,
12. Programmer
  • A Master‘s Degree in Engineering (Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ IT/ or equivalent) with at least First class or an equivalent grade.
  • Eight years of experience in programming and software development at a University.
13. University Engineer
  • A Master‘s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least First class or an equivalent grade.
  • Eight years experience of the Civil Engineering Field at a University
14. Lady Medical Officer
  • A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree obtained from any of the Universities established.
  • Registered with Gujarat Medical Council.
  • Five years of relevant experience in a University, Government/ Semi-Government/ Research Organization/ Public Undertaking.
15. PA to Registrar – Office Superintendent
  • A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
  • Eight years experience in office administration/ Secretarial work at a University
16. Stenographer Grade-I
  • A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM in English and Stenographical speed of 100-120 WPM in English.
  • Five years of experience in Administration/ Accounts/ Secretarial work/ Legal Matters/ Academic and Examination affairs in a University.
